Referring Physicians Cardiology Specialists of Orange County (CSOC) has 4 convenient locations for your patients: Santa Ana, Orange, Irvine and Newport Beach. Dr. Cohen, Dr. Pagano, Dr. Bahram Eslami and Dr. Mahmoud Eslami take patient appointments in our Irvine and Newport Beach offices. Dr. Meltzer, Dr. Cohen, Dr. Bahram Eslami, Dr. Pagano, Dr. Kim, Dr. Mahmoud Esalmi and Dr. Chan take patient appointments in our Santa Ana office. Dr. Johnston, Dr. Mahon, Dr. Kim, Dr. Mahmoud Eslami and Dr. Chan take patient appointments in our Orange office. Cardiology Specialists of Orange County (CSOC) is pleased to provide you with state of the art non-invasive cardiac testing for your patients. In the Santa Ana office, we have stress testing, echocardiography, nuclear image and Holter/Event monitoring. In addition, External Counterpulsation (ECP) is available in our Santa Ana office for patients with chronic stable angina. In our Irvine, Orange and Newport Beach offices, we have stress testing, echocardiography and Holter/Event monitoring. Please see more under our Labs and Tests page. All of our diagnostic stress testings are performed by one of our Board Certified cardiologists and our nuclear image studies are read by Dr. Thomas Kim, a Diplomat of the National Board of Echocardiography who also has special training in nuclear cardiology. Our practice honors all major insurance companies and participates in multiple Managed Care plans. Our practice has physicians who specialize in multiple areas of cardiology, including but not limited to, invasive, interventional, Electrophysiology (e.g. pacemakers, ICD's, arrhythmia problems), valvular problems, etc. We are on staff at several hospitals and are available to assist you in the diagnosis and treatment of your patients throughout the area.
