Insurance and Billing Billing Department: CSOC's billing department is available for your questions regarding your insurance coverage, statements that you have received or insurances that we accept. The Supervisor of the billing department is Myrsol Miciano, who has been with CSOC since 2004. She is a certified coder by AAPC and brings a lot of knowledge to CSOC and to her staff. Insurances: We accept Medicare and most major PPO carriers and we are providers for several managed care medical groups.To see if we accept your particular insurance, please contact us at the number below.
